Open Question: What is a good amount of time for a relaxation massage in a hotel spa?

We are traveling to the Alyeska Hotel and Resort in Anchorage, Alaska and I was looking forward to getting a massage in their spa. They offer 50, 80, and 110 minute massages. Price is not a concern of mine, and I've never really had a real professional massage in a spa, and I wasn't sure what a good amount of time would be for me.
