Resolved Question: PAYPAL HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

On 22nd on January, I've filed a dispute to get a refund of my money back from the item I have not received. SO yesterday night i checked my email and PAYPAL closed my case. I called PAYPAL that same night asking what happen and the customer service man said he had no idea why it was closed so he re-opened up the case last night. Around 11am today ; I called PAYPAL to see was my case re-opened and it was not but now it is. Anyways I was explaining to the man what happen with the situation of my item and the dispute. My main concern is how long do I have to wait to get my money back. Because for one , it's been 2 whole months and i have not receive my item. For two, my seller have not sent me a tracking number or anything. For three, I've emailed her and she don't respond back. On January 2nd is when i placed an order down. She respond and told me it's in China and on it's way to the first custom stop which is Anchorage, Alaska. Ok so Im like i didn't get no tracking number. She didn't respond back. Two days later, she said it's in route to me. It's been 2 whole months. NOTHING. SO is PAYPAL going to refund my money ?? None of the seller crap add up for sh*t. And I'm very angry. The man who works at PAYPAL told me the reason why the case was close is because the seller have something customize for me. I call bullsh*t because it don't take no 2 months.
